It's a Dynasty picture today, from Season 2, Joan as Alexis is pictured with Pamela Sue Martin and Al Corley, who played the original Fallon & Steven. Both left the series quite early on, Al's last screen appearance was in Episode 21 - "The Two Princes" and Pamela Sue stayed until the end of Season 4 in 1984. They were both reunited in the 25th Anniversary special "Catfights & Caviar", and I will be featuring photos from that on the blog and website very soon.

JConthecover (JUST!!) - Hello Magazine 6th June 2011
It was great news when Joan announced a couple of weeks ago she had just completed a photo shoot with Hello magazine, but what a disappointment to find she had been reduced to a small picture bottom left of the cover (even Cheryl Cole's picture was bigger).
Here is one of the pictures from the shoot, taken by Eddie Sanderson. The magazine went on sale today in the UK.
Nice article over 13 pages, but I'm sure her fans would have preferred a full cover.

Daily Picture - Love Letters
Thanks to everyone who e-mailed to ask what had happened to the daily and celebrity pictures of Joan on the blog. Quite honestly, the days just kept rolling round so quickly.

So as today is the start of a new month, I'll
re-start the feature and try to post a different picture everyday from my collection.
Today's picture is Joan with Stacy Keach, her co-star in the American tour of the play Love Letters
Look out for another daily picture tomorrow....

QUEST FOR LOVE
Here are 2 new photos from the 1971 film Quest for Love which Joan starred in with Tom Bell, and co-starred Denholm Elliott. It was based on a short story called Random Quest by John Wyndham, and Joan plays 2 characters, Ottilie Trafford and Tracy Fletcher.
These 2 new photos are part of a set of 19 that I recently acquired, and I will add the rest to the website very shortly.

The Bravados - Mexican Style
This is another Mexican lobby card that I recently aquired for the 1958 film 'The Bravados' in which Joan starred alongside Gregory Peck.
As previously mentioned in my posts for these, the colours and artwork are amazing and sets them apart from the English and American lobby cards, the black and white photo is usually a scene from the film

The Big Sleep (1977)
In response to several e-mails asking if I had any other photographs from this film other than those on the website, here is one of Joan as Agnes Lozelle with Edward Fox who played Joe Brody.
Requests and ideas for future posts can be e-mailed to me using the Contact link on the website or joancollinscollinscollection@yahoo.com. I do answer all e-mails, usually within 24 hours.
